Important to know
We are not a casino. We cannot help with your account balance, a pending withdrawal, document verification or a bonus at a specific operator — please contact that casino’s own support for those.
We cannot settle disputes with casinos. If you believe an operator has acted unfairly, contact the relevant regulator — in New Zealand the Department of Internal Affairs (dia.govt.nz) — or a player-protection service.
Response times. We aim to reply within 24–48 hours on business days (Monday–Friday). Privacy Act requests are handled within 20 working days.
